119. הסדרת כהונתו של נציב כבאות והצלה
החל ביום תחילתו של חוק זה, מי שכיהן ערב תחילתו של חוק זה כנציב ומפקח כבאות והצלה, יראו אותו כנציב כבאות והצלה שמונה לפי חוק זה, אף אם טרם כוננה רשות הכבאות וההצלה; כהונתו של מפקח כבאות ראשי תסתיים, וכל סמכויותיו לפי כל דין יהיו נתונות לנציב.
