23. כפיית ציות
כבאי רשאי להשתמש בכוח סביר כלפי אדם או רכוש לשם ביצוע פעולות כאמור בסעיפים 21 ו־28, ולשם כפיית ציות להוראות שניתנו כדין לפי סעיפים 22 ו־29.
