26. שימוש במים
(א)לשם טיפול באירוע כבאות והצלה רשאי כבאי להשתמש במים מכל מקור הנמצאים בכל מקום ובציוד ובמיתקנים הדרושים לשם כך.
(ב)רשות הכבאות וההצלה תשפה אדם בעבור מים שהשתמשה בהם לפי סעיף זה; השר יקבע את אופן השיפוי ואת גובהו בהסכמת מועצת הרשות הממשלתית למים ולביוב ובהסכמת שר האוצר.
