3. הקמת רשות ארצית לכבאות והצלה
(א)מוקמת בזה הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה במשרד לביטחון הפנים.
(ב)רשות הכבאות וההצלה היא רשות ממלכתית ארצית.
(ג)השר יקבע את סמל רשות הכבאות וההצלה.
פורסמו תקנות הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה (סמל הרשות), התשע״ט–2019.
