תיקון: תשע״ו־2
מי שאינו מקיים צו הפסקה מינהלי שניתן לפי סעיף 51 או צו הפסקה שיפוטי שניתן לפי סעיף 58, דינו – מאסר שנתיים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין, וכן קנס נוסף כאמור בסעיף 61(ג) לחוק העונשין או מאסר שבעה ימים לכל יום שבו נמשכת ההפרה אחרי המצאת הצו.
