83. סייג לתחולת תקנות
תקנות שנקבעו לפי חוק זה יחולו על מערכת הביטחון, אלא אם כן קבע השר אחרת, ולעניין הגופים המנויים בפסקאות (1) עד (4) להגדרה ”מערכת הביטחון“ – קבע כאמור בהסכמת השר הממונה בשים לב לטעמים של ביטחון המדינה, שלום הציבור וביטחונו.
