9. תובענה בנוגע למינוי נציב, הפסקת כהונתו או השעייתו
תובענה הבאה להתנגד לשימוש בסמכויות בעניין מינוי הנציב, הפסקת כהונתו או השעייתו לא תיחשב כתובענה הנובעת מיחסי עובד ומעביד לעניין סעיף 24 לחוק בית הדין לעבודה, התשכ״ט–1969.
