93. צו מיוחד
(א)בטרם מתן צו מיוחד לגוף ביטחוני, יודיע על כך הנציב לשר הממונה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 43, לא ייתן הנציב צו מיוחד לגוף ביטחוני אם השר הממונה סבר כי כתוצאה מכך יינזקו משמעותית כשירותו של הגוף הביטחוני, רמת הכוננות שלו ויכולתו להגן על ביטחון המדינה או על שלום הציבור.
