11. דיווח על עבירה פלילית
(א)העלתה הביקורת בגוף ציבורי יסוד להניח שבוצעה עבירה פלילית, יביא המבקר הפנימי את הענין ללא דיחוי לידיעת הממונה.
(ב)היה למבקר הפנימי בגוף מבוקר יסוד להאמין שהממונה מעורב בעבירה פלילית, יעביר המבקר את הענין במישרין לידיעת מבקר המדינה.
