12ד. מינוי ממונה על הגביה ופקיד גביה לעניני השלטון המקומי
תיקון: תשל״ג
מינויים של ממונה על הגביה ושל פקיד גביה לענין גבייתם של מסים, ארנונות ותשלומים אחרים שהוכרזו לענין פקודה זו והמגיעים לעיריה או לרשות מקומית אחרת, ייעשו לבקשת העיריה או הרשות ובהמלצת שר הפנים.
סמכות שר הפנים הואצלה למנהל המינהל לשלטון מקומי במשרד הפנים (י״פ תשס״ט, 4571), שהואצלה למשנה למנכ״ל משרד הפנים (י״פ תשע״א, 5964).
