תיקון: תש״ן
נציב מס הכנסה (להלן – הנציב) או מנהל המכס ומע״מ (להלן – המנהל), רשאי להטיל על אדם אחר ביצוע הליכים לעיקול נכסים ומכירתם לפי פקודה זו, לשם גביית חוב מס כמשמעותו בחוק קיזוז מסים, התש״ם–1980 (להלן – חוב מס), בתנאים שיקבע שר האוצר.
