12ח. עיקול זכויות במקרקעין
תיקון: תש״ן
לצורך גביית חוב מס מחייב, רשאי פקיד גבייה או גובה מסים לעקל על ידי רישום בפנקס מקרקעין, זכויות שיש לחייב במקרקעין, הנובעות מרישום הערת אזהרה עליהן לטובתו; לענין זה, ”הערת אזהרה“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 126 לחוק המקרקעין, התשכ״ט–1969.
