4. הוצאה לפועל בשל אי תשלומים
תיקון: תשכ״ד, תשל״ג, תשע״ד
(1)הוטל על אדם כחוק סכום כסף בקשר עם איזה מס שהוא ולא שלם אותו אדם את הסכום בתוך חמשה עשר יום למן היום שהיה חייב לפרעו ולאחר שנשלחה אליו דרישה בכתב לשלם את הסכום שהוא חייב לפרעו ושלא פרעו, יתן פקיד גביה כתב הרשאה לגובה מסים ובו יצטוה לדרוש מאת החייב לשלם מיד את הסכום המגיע ממנו ולגבותו, אם לא ישלמנו, על ידי תפיסתם ומכירתם של נכסי המטלטלים של החייב באפן המותנה להלן.
