38. אי כפיית הגשה של רשומה מוסדית של תאגיד בנקאי
תיקון: [1940], תשנ״ה [ע/14ה]
בהליך משפטי שהתאגיד הבנקאי אינו בעל דין בו, אין כופים בנקאי או פקיד של תאגיד בנקאי, להגיש רשומה מוסדית של תאגיד בנקאי, שתוכנה ניתן להוכחה לפי סימן זה, או להעיד דברים, על עסקאות או חשבונות הרשומים ברשומה המוסדית, אלא לפי צו בית המשפט שניתן מטעם מיוחד.
