”העתק צילומי“, לענין סימן זה – העתק ממקור המתקבל בתהליכי צילום, או בשיטה אחרת שנקבעה בתקנות, ושעל פיהם מתקבל העתק משתמר ומדוייק של המקור, בין בגדלו המקורי ובין בגודל שונה.
