59. תקנות
תיקון: [תשכ״ה] [ע/41, ש/4]
(א)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות לענין פקודה זו.
(ב)תקנות לענין סעיף 19 יהיו מחייבות במידת האפשר לפי הנסיבות; התקנות שבתוספת השניה יעמדו בתקפן במידה שלא שונו, או כל עוד לא בוטלו, בתקנות שהתקין השר לפי סעיף זה.
