2. פירוש
תיקון: תשע״ד
בפקודה זו יהיו למונחים הבאים הפירושים שבצדם:–
”מנהל“ פירושו מנהל מחלקת העבודה;
”מעסיק“ פירושו כל אדם המתקשר בחוזה, בין מפורש ובין מסתמא, להעסקת עובד;
”מפקח“ פירושו המפקח הראשי וכל מפקח או סגן־מפקח של מחלקת העבודה;
”עובד“ פירושו כל אדם שאדם אחר מעסיקו או העובד אצל אדם אחר.
