10א. תקצוב מוסדות פטורים
תיקון: תשע״ג־2, תשע״ו־2
השר, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות, הוראות ותנאים לעניין השתתפות המדינה בתקציב מוסדות חינוך שניתנה לגביהם הוראת פטור לפי סעיף 5(א) (בסעיף זה – מוסדות פטורים), ובכלל זה לעניין שיעור ההשתתפות בתקציב כאמור ולעניין הפעלת המוסדות הפטורים, והכול אם יחליט השר כי יש לתקצב מוסדות כאמור.
