13. העברת סמכויות השר
(א)השר רשאי להעביר לאחר את הסמכויות המסורות לו על פי סעיפים 4(ו) ו־5(ב), כולן או מקצתן.
(ב)הודעה על העברת סמכויות על פי סעיף זה תפורסם ברשומות.
