16. מסירת העתקים של פסקי דין והצהרות
נתן בית משפט או בית דין דתי החלטה המצהירה על שינוי בפרטי הרישום של אדם או החלטה שיש בה שינוי כאמור, ימסור בית המשפט או בית הדין הדתי העתק מהחלטתו לפקיד הרישום הראשי; וכן ייעשה בהעתק של צו אימוץ, תעודת גירושין והצהרת מוות.
