22. שם האב כשהאישה נשואה
לא יירשם אדם כאביו של ילד שנולד לאישה שהייתה נשואה לאדם זולתו בתוך 300 יום שלפני יום הלידה, אלא על־פי פסק־דין של בית־משפט או בית־דין מוסמך.
