37. חידוש רישומים שאבדו
שר הפנים רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר חידוש רישומים במרשם, בפנקס לידות או בפנקס פטירות שאבדו או נשמדו; לצורך חידוש כאמור תינתן ככל האפשר הזדמנות לכל הנוגע בדבר להשמיע טענותיו.
