5. חובה להודיע פרטי רישום
כל תושב חייב למסור לפקיד רישום תוך שלושים יום מיום כניסתו לישראל לראשונה, ואם היה לתושב לאחר כניסתו לישראל – מיום שהיה לתושב, הודעה על פרטי הרישום שלו לפי סעיף 2; ואם נכנס או היה לתושב כשבחסותו קטין או בגיר שאינו מסוגל למלא חובתו לפי סעיף זה, ימסור גם הודעה על פרטי הרישום שלהם.
