11כ. שמירת סודיות והגבלת שימוש
תיקון: תשס״ה
אדם שהגיעו לידיו, תוך כדי מילוי תפקידו או במהלך עבודתו, מידע מן המאגר, או אמצעי זיהוי או דגימה ביולוגית שאינה אמצעי זיהוי, שמהם הופקו נתוני זיהוי הכלולים במאגר או המיועדים להפקה כאמור, לא ימסור ולא יגלה אותם לאחר ולא יעשה בהם כל שימוש, אלא לפי חוק זה ולצורך ביצוע תפקידו.
