6. הסכמות מיוחדות
(א)הסכמה לחיפוש פנימי בחשוד שהוא קטין או בחשוד שקיים חשש לגביו שהוא מוגבל בכושרו השכלי, טעונה גם הסכמת אפוטרופסו בכתב; לא היה לאדם כאמור אפוטרופוס רשאי בית המשפט למנות לו אפוטרופוס־לדין.
(ב)סירוב חשוד שהוא קטין לחיפוש פנימי בגופו אינו טעון אישור אפוטרופסו.
