12. שמירת דינים
אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לפגוע בסמכויות הנתונות על פי כל דין, בהתייחס לקבלת מידע ומסמכים, לרבות נתוני תקשורת, והכל למעט סמכות בית המשפט לפי סעיף 43 לפקודת סדר הדין הפלילי (מעצר וחיפוש) [נוסח חדש], התשכ״ט–1969, לצוות על הצגה או המצאה של נתוני תקשורת, לבקשת רשויות החקירה והתביעה.
