9. קבלת נתוני זיהוי מספק מורשה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
עובד ציבור ברשות חוקרת אחרת, שהוא בעל סמכות חקירה על פי דין, או שוטר צבאי, רשאי לקבל מספק מורשה נתוני זיהוי, לצורך מילוי תפקידו לאחת המטרות המפורטות בפסקאות (1) עד (4) שבסעיף 3(א); הבקשה תועבר בכתב ויפורטו בה שמו וסמכותו של עובד הציבור או של השוטר הצבאי.
