16. מינוי בא כוח למטופל
תיקון: תשע״ו־2, תשפ״ד־2
(א)מטופל רשאי למנות בא כוח מטעמו שיהיה מוסמך להסכים במקומו לקבלת טיפול רפואי, באמצעות ייפוי כוח מתמשך לעניינים אישיים הכולל גם את ענייניו הבריאותיים לפי חוק הכשרות המשפטית או ייפוי כוח רפואי כמשמעותו בסעיף 32טו לחוק האמור.
