Section 14 of חוק תובענות ייצוגיות, התשס״ו–2006, החלטה בדבר אישור תובענה ייצוגית.
14. החלטה בדבר אישור תובענה ייצוגית
(א)אישר בית המשפט את התובענה הייצוגית, יפרט בהחלטתו, בין השאר, את כל אלה:
(1)הגדרת הקבוצה שבשמה תנוהל התובענה הייצוגית, והגדרת תת־קבוצה, אם ישנה;
(2)זהות התובע המייצג ובא הכוח המייצג;
(3)עילות התובענה והשאלות של עובדה או משפט המשותפות לקבוצה;
(4)הסעדים הנתבעים.
(ב)הודעה על החלטת בית משפט בדבר אישור תובענה ייצוגית או בדבר דחיה של בקשה לאישור תימסר למנהל בתי המשפט בצירוף העתק ההחלטה, לשם רישומה בפנקס.
