13. בדיקת הממכר
(א)על הקונה לבדוק את הממכר מיד לאחר קבלתו.
(ב)הוסכם על הובלת הממכר, על הקונה לבדוק אותו מיד לאחר שהגיע למקום הייעוד, ואם הועבר הממכר למקום אחר בלי שהקונה בדק אותו והמוכר ידע או היה עליו לדעת על אפשרות של העברה כזאת – מיד לאחר שהגיע הממכר למקום האחר.
(ג)על המוכר לתת לקונה, לפי דרישתו, הזדמנות נאותה לבדוק את הממכר לפני המועדים האמורים בסעיפים קטנים (א) ו־(ב).
