תיקון: תשפ״ד
הוציא צד אחד הוצאות החלות על הצד השני, זכאי הוא להחזרתן בתוספת ריבית שקלית, כהגדרתה בחוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, תשכ״א–1961, מיום הוצאתן ועד יום החזרתן, ויחולו הוראות החוק האמור לעניין ריבית זו, בשינויים המחויבים.
