8. מסירה כיצד?
(א)מסירת הממכר תהא בהעמדת הממכר לרשות הקונה.
(ב)היה הממכר חלק מתוך צובר של נכסים, תהא המסירה בעשיית כל הדרוש כדי לאפשר את ייחוד הממכר וקבלתו על ידי הקונה.
(ג)הוסכם על הובלת הממכר על ידי מוביל, תהא המסירה בהעמדת הממכר לרשות המוביל, ובלבד שהמוביל אחראי כלפי הקונה על פי חוזה ההובלה.
