3ג. חובת תאגיד שנתן הלוואה לרכישת דירה
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשס״ח־3, תשע״ז
נתן תאגיד בנקאי, מבטח או תאגיד אחר הלוואה לקונה לרכישת דירה, חייב הוא –
(1)להודיע לקונה בכתב על הוראות חוק זה ועל זכויותיו להבטחת הכספים ששולמו למוכר בעבור הדירה;
(2)להעביר את כספי ההלוואה למוכר רק לאחר שווידא כי ניתנה בטוחה לטובת הקונה בהתאם להוראות סעיף 2 או התחייבות בכתב של המוכר למתן בטוחה כאמור.
