11. מוסדות חינוך מוכרים לא רשמיים
השר רשאי לקבוע, בתקנות, סדרים ותנאים להכרזת מוסדות לא רשמיים כמוסדות חינוך מוכרים, להנהגת תכנית היסוד בהם, להנהלתם, לפיקוח עליהם ולתמיכת המדינה בתקציביהם, אם השר יחליט על התמיכה ובמידה שיחליט.
