26. מוסד שנפתח על פי הודעות
נפתח ברשות חינוך מקומית מוסד חינוך רשמי, על יסוד הודעות שניתנו לפי סעיף 24, יראו את התלמידים שבשעת רישומם נתנו אותן ההודעות, כאילו נרשמו אותה שעה במוסד שנפתח כאמור.
