31. העברת מנהלים ומורים
מנהל או מורה במוסד חינוך רשמי שהועבר בשנת הלימודים תשי״ד ממוסד חינוך רשמי אחד למשנהו מחמת השינויים שחלו או שיחולו לרגל ביצוע חוק זה, לא תשמש העברה זו, למרות כל נוהג אחר, עילה לתביעת פיצויים או תשלום אחר בגלל חוסר הודעה מוקדמת על ההעברה.
