33. אחריות למוסד שנפתח לפי סעיף 32
(א)מוסד חינוך שנפתח לפי סעיף 32, יחולו הוצאות החזקתו והנהלתו על הורי תלמידיו והם ישאו, כולם יחד וכל אחד לחוד, באחריות לכל התחייבות שנוצרה על ידי החזקת המוסד והנהלתו.
(ב)מקרקעים שהוקצבו למוסד כזה על ידי המדינה או רשות חינוך מקומית לתקופה מסויימת, יהיה המוסד וכל המחזיק בהם מטעמו חייב, על אף האמור בכל חוק אחר, לפנותם כתום אותה תקופה.
