4א. שבוע לימודים
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)שבוע לימודים של פחות מ־6 ימים במוסד חינוך רשמי יונהג באישור השר, על פי כללים ותנאים שהוא קבע באישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת.
הסמכות הועברה למנהל המינהל הפדגוגי במשרד החינוך התרבות והספורט (י״פ תשס״ה, 763).
פורסמו תקנות חינוך ממלכתי (כללים ותנאים להנהגת שבוע לימודים מקוצר), התשס״ה–2004.
(ב)אישור השר יכול שיינתן –
(1)לכלל מוסדות החינוך הרשמיים;
(2)למוסד חינוך רשמי מסוים;
(3)לכלל מוסדות החינוך הרשמיים שבתחום שיפוטה של רשות חינוך מקומית מסוימת.
