8. פיטורי מורה
הממונה רשאי לדרוש את פיטוריו של מורה, בין בבית ספר ציבורי או נתמך ובין בבית ספר לא נתמך, אם הורשע על עבירה שיש בה משום שחיתות המידות, או אם הוכח להנחת דעתו של השר, לאחר חקירה משפטית של שופט שנתמנה לכך, כי היה בהוראתו משום המרדה, אי־נאמנות, אי־מוסריות או אופי מזיק אחר.
