תיקון: תש״ח, י״פ תשי״ב, י״פ תשס״ד
נתעוררה שאלה אם איזה משפט או ענין נופלים בגדר הסעיף הקודם, הרי עד שתוקם ועדה שינתן לה השיפוט על ענינים המפורטים בסעיף הקודם, תובא השאלה לפני ראש הממשלה, והוא יחליט בשאלה לאחר שיחקור כהלכה בענין [במקור: בהתאם להוראות שיקבל מאחד ממזכירי הממלכה הראשיים של הוד מלכותו].
החלטת ראש הממשלה תהא החלטת גמר ומחייבת את כל הצדדים.
