17. הארכה של סעד זמני
(א)סעד שניתן לפי סעיף 16(א)(5) יעמוד בתקפו, אם לא בוטל על־ידי בית המשפט, עד למתן פסק הבוררות, ורשאי הבורר בפסק הבוררות לעשותו, כולו או מקצתו, לסעד סופי.
(ב)החלטת הבורר לפי סעיף קטן (א) דינה, פרט לערעור, כדין החלטת בית המשפט.
