23. אישור פסק בוררות
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)בית המשפט רשאי, על פי בקשת בעל־דין, לאשר פסק בוררות; אושר הפסק – דינו לכל דבר, פרט לערעור, כדין פסק־דין של בית המשפט.
(ב)לא ייזקק בית המשפט להתנגדות לאישור פסק בוררות אלא בדרך בקשה לביטולו או במסגרת ערעור על פסק הבוררות לפי סעיף 29ב.
