37. סמכויות הרשם
הסמכויות הנתונות לבית המשפט לפי חוק זה נתונות גם לרשם בית המשפט בענינים אלה:
(1)סמכויות שרשם היה מוסמך להשתמש בהן אילו התביעה שבבוררות היתה תובענה שהוגשה לבית המשפט;
(2)מינוי בורר;
(3)הארכת מועדים לפי חוק זה;
(4)אישור פסק בוררות ומתן צו לפי סעיף 29, כשאין בקשה לביטול הפסק.
