7. סעד נגד הפקעת זכויות
(א)נקבע בהסכם בין הצדדים שהתחלת הליכי בוררות או סיומם תוך תקופה פלונית יהיו תנאי מוקדם למימושה של זכות שביניהם ונתגלע סכסוך בין הצדדים, רשאי בית המשפט, אם ראה שמן הצדק לעשות כן, להאריך את התקופה, אף אם עברה, בתנאים שימצא לנכון.
(ב)החליט בית המשפט שסכסוך לא יידון בבוררות, אם לפי סעיף 5 או 6 ואם לפי סעיף 12(ב), בטלה כל תניה בהסכם בין הצדדים שעל פיה יהיו התחלת הליכי בוררות או סיומם תנאי מוקדם למימושה של זכות שביניהם.
