15. תפקידי המועצה וסמכויותיה
המועצה, מבלי לגרוע משאר תפקידיה –
(1)תקבע את המדיניות הכללית של הרשות בתחום תפקידיה;
(2)תאשר את תקציב הרשות;
(3)תעקוב ברציפות אחר ביצוע המדיניות, התכניות והתקציבים של הרשות;
(4)תדון בדו״חות כספיים שיגיש לה המנהל.
