1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מקומות קדושים“ – הכותל המערבי ורחבתו, לרבות כל מבנה וכל מעבר עילי או תת־קרקעי שהכניסה אליהם היא מתוך הרחבה, והמקומות הקדושים ליהודים לפי הרשימה שבתוספת;
”הממונה“ – מי ששר הדתות מינהו, על פי המלצת הרבנים הראשיים לישראל, להיות הממונה הראשי או הממונה על מקום קדוש פלוני.
