28. העברה מכהונה של הועד או של חבר בו
תיקון: תשנ״ו
האסיפה הכללית רשאית להעביר, בכל עת, את הועד או חבר בועד מכהונתו; העבירה האסיפה הכללית את הועד מכהונתו, לא ייכנסו הפיטורין לתוקפם אלא אם כן בחרה האסיפה הכללית ועד חדש.
