תיקון: תשנ״ו
לא נתמנה רואה חשבון באסיפה כללית שנתית לעמותה החייבת במינוי רואה חשבון על פי סעיף 19(ג), רשאי הרשם, לפי בקשת אחד מחברי העמותה, למנות לה רואה חשבון לאותה שנה ולקבוע את השכר שתשלם לו בעד שירותיו.
