31ה. שכר רואה חשבון
תיקון: תשנ״ו
העמותה תקבע באסיפה הכללית את שכרו של רואה החשבון, אולם את שכרו של רואה חשבון שנתמנה לפני האסיפה הכללית השנתית הראשונה או שנתמנה על פי סעיפים 31א(2), 31ד או 37(ב) רשאים לקבוע הועד.
