38ב. הגשה באופן מקוון
תיקון: תשע״ז, תשפ״ב
(א)(בוטל).
(ב)הרשם רשאי לקבוע כללים לגבי הגשה באופן מקוון של בקשות ומסמכים שיש להגיש לרשם לפי חוק זה, בעניינים אלה:
(1)הליכי הזיהוי של מגישי הבקשה או המסמך;
(2)אופן ההגשה;
(3)מבנה הטפסים והמסרים האלקטרונייים שיש להשתמש בהם לצורך ההגשה.
